Get Started with LDN Direct
LDN Direct provides telehealth consultations with licensed medical providers to determine whether low-dose naltrexone (LDN) is appropriate for your individual needs. All care is delivered in accordance with applicable state and federal telehealth regulations.
Who Will You See?
Licensed Providers
Licensed clinicians conduct medical evaluations, make treatment decisions, and determine whether prescribing is appropriate.
Clinical Support Staff
Our staff may assist with:
Collecting medical history and intake information
Coordinating scheduling and pharmacy communication
Clinical support staff do not diagnose conditions or prescribe medication.
All medical decisions are made by a licensed provider.
What to Expect from Your Telehealth Visit
When you book an appointment with LDN Direct, you will complete a structured intake and participate in a telehealth consultation. During this process, a licensed provider will:
Review your medical history and current health concerns
Discuss your symptoms, goals, and prior treatments
Evaluate whether LDN may be appropriate for you
Determine next steps based on clinical judgment
A provider-patient relationship is established through this clinical evaluation.
Prescriptions are issued only when medically appropriate and at the discretion of the licensed provider.
Pediatric Patients
Patients under 18 years of age are required to be seen directly by Dr. Zalzala for their initial consultation. This ensures appropriate evaluation and compliance with age-specific medical requirements.
Telehealth & Licensing Notice
Our providers are licensed in multiple states and may only provide care to patients located in states where they hold active licensure at the time of the visit.
If telehealth prescribing is not permitted in your state or if additional requirements apply, you will be notified prior to or during your appointment.
