Refills Made Easy
In order to accommodate a larger volume of patients, we are introducing the ability to request refills via online refill request. You are eligible to renew by online refill request ONLY if you meet the following criteria:
You have spoken to Dr Zalzala or his staff by phone or video for an initial consultation.
You do not have any major concerns or experienced major side effects.
Once your refill request AND payment are received, we will begin processing your refill. Processing can take up to 4 business days. You will receive an email from jade@rootcausesclinic.com once your refill has been sent to your pharmacy. If you do not receive this confirmation email within 4 business days of your submission, please email jade@rootcausesclinic.com or text 559-640-7756 to inquire about the status of your refill.
