OUR REFILL PROCESS HAS RECENTLY CHANGED!!
We have recently switched to using a portal system for the convenience and continuity of our patients. Please use the link below to request your refill and gain access to our patient portal.
Refills Made Easy
To better serve our growing patient community, we are now offering the option to request refills directly through our portal. You may request a refill if you meet the following criteria:
You have completed an initial consultation with Dr. Zalzala or his staff via phone or video.
You have no significant concerns and have not experienced any major side effects.
Important: Once we receive your dosage change request, we will process your prescription, which may take up to 4 business days. You will receive a confirmation through the portal once your prescription has been sent to your pharmacy. If you do not receive confirmation within four business days, please message Jade directly through the portal or email her at jade@rootcausesclinic.com to check the status of your request.
